1Dr.A.S.PRASAD, 2MOTHE VENKATA RAMANA 03 07 The life insurance sector has become an essential component of the financial system by providing financial protection encouraging longterm savings and supporting economic stability With rapid technological advancements increasing financial awareness regulatory reforms and changing customer expectations the life insurance industry has witnessed significant growth and transformation in recent years This study titled Analysis of the Emerging Scenario of Life Insurance examines the evolving trends customer preferences challenges and opportunities in the life insurance sector The study is based on both primary and secondary data collected from policyholders company reports research journals and official publications The analysis focuses on factors such as customer awareness service quality digital insurance services claim settlement and policy selection The findings indicate that digital transformation innovative insurance products and improved customer service have positively influenced the growth of the industry while challenges such as low insurance penetration and limited financial literacy continue to exist The study concludes that enhancing customer awareness adopting advanced technologies and developing customercentric insurance products will further strengthen the life insurance industry and contribute to sustainable economic development Copyright (c) Journal of Science Engineering Technology and Management Science.
