		<Abstract>This study titled Financial Performance Analysis of HFCL Limited in India evaluates the segment revenues operating margins debt reductions and financial feasibility of highcapacity telecommunication equipment manufacturing HFCL Limited is Indias premier manufacturer of optical fiber cables FTTH systems and WiFi networks A fiveyear project lifecycle 20212025 of a new manufacturing unit investment is analyzed using standard capital budgeting parameters Net Present Value NPV Internal Rate of Return IRR Payback Period PBP and BenefitCost Ratio BCR Quantitative analysis indicates that optical fiber and cable products represent 48 of total revenue Operating profit margins EBITDA rose to 152 in 2025 while the debtequity ratio was reduced to 032 improving the interest coverage ratio to 75 and supporting annual sales of 6800 Crores The financial model yields a positive NPV of 2845 Crores and an IRR of 386 far exceeding the 10 discount hurdle rate The study concludes that investing in advanced manufacturing capacity is highly viable enabling telecom hardware manufacturers to leverage PLI schemes secure domestic market share and increase shareholder value</Abstract>
