		<Abstract>Performance Management System PMS is a strategic approach used by organizations to improve employee performance productivity and overall organizational effectiveness It is a continuous process that involves setting performance standards monitoring employee progress providing feedback evaluating performance and implementing development plans In todays highly competitive business environment organizations focus on effective performance management systems to align employee goals with organizational objectives and enhance operational efficiency An effective PMS helps organizations identify employee strengths and weaknesses improve communication between managers and employees increase motivation and support career development initiativesThe present study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Performance Management System adopted in organizations and evaluate its impact on employee productivity job satisfaction and organizational growth The study examines various components of PMS such as performance appraisal goal setting feedback mechanisms employee development programs and reward systems Data for the study can be collected through questionnaires distributed among employees and managers The findings indicate that an effective performance management system significantly contributes to employee engagement improved productivity better communication and enhanced organizational performance The study concludes that organizations should continuously update their performance management practices to meet changing business requirements and employee expectations</Abstract>
